How to Order an Item ?

It is simple. First decide which product or products have to purchase. then select Add to Cart, then the selected product or products will appear on my cart with an option for check out. Click on check out then a form will appear for registration for new users. If you have already registered click on sign in and input the log in credentials. After entering the required field click on Save and continue. In the second section there is an option for delivery. Currently we are opt with default delivery option, select it and click on Proceed to pay. Then secured payment gateway will collect the banking information for processing the payment. How long is the order processing time?

We will process all orders within 48 hours after receiving the payments. Currently cash on delivery is not enabled due to some technical issues.

How do I make an exchange?

If you are not satisfied with the items you received kindly return within 48 hours from the received time. We will refund the amount to your bank account within the next seven working days after receiving the consignment.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We will accept all debit card, credit card and net banking within India. Currently we are processing the orders within India only. We will accept Paytm Wallet.

How to cancel an Order

A customer can cancel the order even after the successful completion of payment. Cancellation should be done within 120 minutes after placing the order in this case a refund will be initiated after deducting the payment processing charges varies from 1.75 % to 5 % and will appear on your bank account within the next seven business days and we are not pleased with the cancellation. If the cancellation is done after dispatch of the shipment we cannot accept the cancellation and the customer should reject the consignment and there will be a deduction of payment processing fee mentioned above along with a deduction of shipment charges and we are not pleased with cancellation. For all cancellation the customer is requested to send an email request to fabymart@protonmail.com and all other requests are not accepted. Acknowledgement of cancellation will be sent to your registered email address only and there will not be any other intimation by any means and you are requested check your email frequently. Fabymart.com may cancel the order even after the successful payment inits sole discretion without your consent and the inconvenience is regretted and in this case a full refund will be initiated within the next seven business days and acknowledge will be sent to your registered email.
